До конца первой декады декабря осадков в целом будет мало, поэтому зиму пермяки встречают почти без снега. Снегопады придут в край примерно с 10 по 15 декабря. При этом температура все еще будет выше нормы на 3 °С.
Предварительно, вторая половина декабря будет холоднее первой. В третьей декаде месяца можно ждать первые морозы в -20…-25 °С.
