Догнал проходящих детей (девочки и мальчика 2015 г.р.) и стал демонстрировать свой срамный уд. Просил никому не говорить и предлагал 1000 рублей. После чего сел в Шкоду и уехал.
Но злодей (житель Волховского района) был оперативно задержан сотрудниками ДПС ОБ №2 Госавтоинспекции на трассе "Кола".
Доставлен в отдел полиции по ст. 20.1 КоАП РФ (Мелкое хулиганство).
