Женщина из Пскова совершила наезд на девочку (ученица 8 класса), выходившую из трамвая.
За 2024 год у водителя 51 штраф (ч. 2 ст. 12.9 КоАП РФ и ч. 6 ст. 12.9 КоАП РФ). Штрафы оплачены не все.

Водитель (ж., 1989 г.р., Псков), управляя а/м Volvo S60, совершил наезд на пешехода, выходившего из трамвая.

Пешеход (д., 2010 г.р.) в состоянии средней степени тяжести доставлен в больницу
