— Меньше чем на 1% (плановый показатель был 4% — прим. ред.) снизились выбросы в Магнитогорске, Братске, Красноярске и Омске, — заявила в ходе совещания Абрамченко.
А в Норильске вообще нет никакой положительной динамики.
