Сорт фиолетовой пшеницы, из которого изготавливают хлеб, создан учеными Омского ГАУ. Сорт включен в Государственный реестр селекционных достижений.
Хлеб фиолетовой пшеницы полезен, так как он содержит антоцианы – натуральные антиоксиданты, способствующие укреплению иммунной системы человека. Благодаря высокой питательной ценности, хлеб подходит для здорового рациона.
Рецептура хлеба из фиолетовой пшеницы разработана Омским ГАУ совместно с АО «СибХлеб».
Приобрести хлеб уже можно в торговой сети «Магнит» и в фирменных точках АО «Сибхлеб». В дальнейшем рассматривается вариант выхода в другие торговые сети и расширение ассортимента.
