В Китае похожая ситуация. Я забываю многие простые слова, но зато прекрасно выучил как пишется "патриотизм", "демократия" и "равенство". По всему Китаю, в метро, на остановках, просто на улицах вы встретите плакаты, на которых написаны 12 ключевых ценностей социализма, и их написание уже впечаталось в подкорку.
С трудом нашел в интернете плакат с английским переводом, в живую видел такой один раз.
