На стадионе «Воронеж-Ринг» в это воскресенье, 16 февраля, после длительного перерыва вновь прошли любимые многими сНежные гонки. 12 отважных девушек на ледяной трассе должны были показать свое мастерство вождения! И при этом выжить.
Событие было организовано пресс-секретарем мэрии Никитой Чеботаревым при поддержке руководителя пресс-службы регионального МЧС Сергея Хренова. В этом году впервые мероприятие было благотворительным - все взносы от участниц пойдут на лечение дочери воронежского пожарного, 8-летней Евы, которая борется с тяжелым онкологическим заболеванием.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
