С 2021 года ведет преподавательскую деятельность в Котласском подразделении Северного учебного центра профессиональных квалификаций РЖД (Дортехшкола). С сентября 2023 года является депутатом местного парламента от партии «Новые люди». Примечательно, что ранее довольно часто критиковал администрацию города. Предшественник Парфенычева на этой должности арестован по подозрению в коррупции.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
