На завтрак сегодня у меня были любимые тосты с ростбифом, который я приготовила сама.

Для ростбифа:
- 600г глазного мускула или вырезки говяжьей;
- соль, перец, сухой чеснок
- 3 ст л горчицы
- розмарин (по желанию)

1. Говядину замариновать в специях и намазать горчицей.
2. Оставить мариноваться в пакете (я оставила на ночь в холодильнике)
3. Обжарить со всех сторон до корочки, потом поставить в духовку на 40 минут на 175 градусов (потом перевернуть и еще 10 минут)
4. Оставить отдыхать и остывать.
5. Завернуть в планку и хранить в холодильнике, использовать вместо колбасы или ветчины.

Для брускетты:
- тост (желательно ржаной на закваске)
- тонкий кусочек ростбифа
- 1 ч л сливочного хрена
- 1 огурец свежий
- 1 огурец маринованный

Подавать с рукколой. Получается бомба!
