Босоногий ангел в Любашинском саду - еще одно творение Романа Шустрова. Про первое читаем вот тут.
Скульптура появилась в 2019 году и всего через месяц отправилась на реставрацию. Люди заобнимали её настолько, что ангел расшатался и пришлось усаживать его на скамейку понадёжнее.
Сейчас кудрявый малыш на месте. Он так приглянулся жителям, что ему дали ласковое имя Любашик и заботливо укутывают в разные шарфики. Ну прелесть!
Я заезжала на неделе. Сейчас в парке скользко и грустно. А вот летом, думаю, тут здорово: большой фонтан, зелень, скамейки и симпатичная беседка-ротонда, под ажурной крышей которого сидит и слушает шум воды ангелок. #местаSPb

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
