Адвокат чиновника просил суд избрать меру пресечения, не связанную с изоляцией от общества. Но Челябинский областной суд оставил решение без изменения, Кислицын останется в следственном изоляторе до 27 ноября.
Напомним, Кислицыну предъявлено обвинение по ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение взятки в особо крупном размере). По версии следствия, через посредника он получил 700 тыс. рублей за совершение незаконных действий в интересах компании, которая занимается поставками светильников в муниципалитеты.
