Поправки были внесены на прошлой неделе правительством в законопроект №1148254-7, который в рамках первого чтения упрощал работу свободной таможенной зоны в ОЭЗ, в том числе в Магаданской области. На Курилах создается особая экономическая зона, вводится новое понятие участника: это не резидент в привычном понимании, когда он должен получать какие-то разрешительные документы, он реализует право на освобождение от налога на прибыль, дополнительно получает льготы по таможенному оформлению товаров и применению процедуры свободной таможенной зоны.
Предполагается, что особая экономическая зона на территории Курильских островов будет функционировать до 31 декабря 2046 года.

But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
