Во-вторых, текущая экономическая ситуация такова, что Европа - далеко не флагман по производству приставок. Большая их часть делается, закономерным образом, в Китае. И поставляется к нам параллельным импортом.
Внимание, вопрос: а в чем, собственно, практический смысл этой санкции от ЕС? Кроме того, что их на переговоры по Украине не позвали и им срочно нужно сделать вид, что они тоже не лыком шиты, безо всяких США.
