1. Спорт, никак не могу ввести привычку начать тренироваться, даже элементарную разминку 2. Знаю, что пллохая привычка есть хлеб с маслом, люблю это дело. Не могу отказаться. 3. Хочу избавиться от привычки откладывать дело на потом, а вместо этого нучиться планировать свое время 4. Связать привычку с наградой - к чему этот вроде хороший совет может привести! И когда его нужно применять.
