Георгиевскую ленту предложили приравнять к символам воинской славы - использовать ее можно будет только в целях, связанных с исторической памятью. Согласно законопроекту № 109180-8, за публичное осквернение Георгиевской ленты может грозить уголовная или административная ответственность, а любую деятельность с ее использованием в целях, которые отличаются от установленных законом, будут пресекать.
