Антикор обратил внимание на Багдата Карасаева ещё летом. Люди в камуфляже пришли в его кабинет с обыском 16 июля. Проверяли они не только кабинет акима, но и служебную квартиру в посёлке Отеген Батыр.
Тогда самого главу района с сердечным приступом положили в больницу.
По словам адвоката Айдына Мунайтпасова, сотрудники Антикора подозревают Карасаева в покровительстве бизнесмену, связанному с мусорным полигоном.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant.
