Ввод в эксплуатацию ЖК «Новиков» отложен на 3 года

Жилой комплекс «Новиков», расположенный на улице Новикова-Прибоя около автобусной остановки «Херсонская», начали строить в октябре 2021 года и должны были сдать в декабре 2023 года (изначально вообще в 2020 году). Работы остановились весной 2022 года.

В августе этого года Минстрой в третий раз продлил срок действия разрешения на строительство — до 21.08.2026. Теперь ввод ЖК в эксплуатацию запланирован на третий квартал 2026 года.

ЖК представляет собой 14-этажный многоквартирный жилой дом с помещениями общественного назначения и гаражом-автостоянкой на 84 машино-места. Заказчик — ООО «Квадратный метр». Подрядчик — ООО «СилПлаз». Согласно порталу Дом.рф, продано 26 квартир из 120.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
