ДУК серьёзно? Или просто запугивает, чтобы жители убрали наледь на козырьках балконов? Но откуда наледь нынешней зимой?

Вы тоже получили такое письмо? Что собираетесь делать? Обращался ли ДУК в суд с реальными исками?
