Отреставрируем здания, приведем в порядок территорию завода и близлежащие улицы. Здесь разместятся молодежные и общественные организации, появятся помещения для творчества, выставочные пространства и музей. Будут действовать тематические магазины и фудкорд, зимой планируется заливать небольшой каток. Во дворе и внутри появится много уютных мест, в которых можно с удобством провести время.
