В Первомайском районе местный житель убил домашнего кота

29.09.2024 года житель с.Санниково выстрелил из пневматической винтовки в кота по кличке «Тайсон».

В разговоре с хозяином кота он подтвердил факт убийства животного и показал пневматическую винтовку, из которой он совершил выстрел.

Убийство животного он оправдал тем, что кот ходил на его участке и метил территорию.

Правоохранительные органы отказали в возбуждении уголовного дела ввиду отсутствия состава преступления.

Напрашивается неутешительный вывод, что домашние животные фактически не защищены законом, не говоря уже о психологической утрате хозяев убитых животных.
