Руководителями школ № 136, № 81, № 91, № 109, № 146, «Энергополис», «Город дорог», № 101, «Школа бизнеса», гимназии № 10, лицея № 1, № 76 предприняты все необходимые меры по обеспечению безопасности, проведены осмотры зданий силами охранных организаций, проведены эвакуационные мероприятия в школе № 76, угроз для жизни и здоровья детей и сотрудников нет.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
