1. Венчиком взбить яйца с щепоткой соли. Добавить молоко и перемешать . 2. В сковороде растопить масло на среднем огне. Влить яйца и оставьте на 20–25 секунд. 3. Продолжать готовить скрэмбл, помешивая каждые 10 секунд, пока яйца не схватятся. 4. На круассанах сделать глубокие надрезы, чтобы их можно было раскрыть. 5. Внутрь каждого круассана положить салатные листья, сыр, ветчину и скрэмбл.
