После родов соседи разобрали котят, а Марию стерилизовали. В декабре 2024 года всех уличных кошек из ЖК увезли в неизвестном направлении. Позже мужчине удалось найти кошечку в соседнем микрорайоне, но взять её домой он не мог — у него уже живут два кота.
Чтобы кошка не осталась на улице, он снял для неё квартиру с кроватью и балконом. Сейчас он регулярно её навещает и кормит. Возможно, позже заберёт к себе, но пока конкретных планов нет.
