«С величайшей радостью докладываем Вам о том, что задача, поставленная Вами по овладению нашим прекрасным городом Киев, столицей Украины, войсками 1-го Украинского фронта выполнена. Город Киев полностью очищен от немецких оккупантов. Войска 1-го Украинского фронта продолжают выполнение поставленной им задачи».
