Просто хотел бы заметить, что последние масштабные санкции против российского нефтяного флота привели к ожидаемому результату: российский экспорт нефти морем восстановился. И я не думаю, что так быстро появились новые Летучие Голландцы. Всё те же.
Пугать можно. Но результат будет ровно обратный — всё больше участников рынка будут игнорировать эти санкции, понимая, что США абсолютно бессильны. Это с Ливией или Ираком можно было так поступать. С Россией... Утопия.
