1️⃣Стейки тунца выкладываем на противень 2️⃣ Поливаем оливковым маслом 3️⃣Посыпаем лимонной цедрой и кунжутом 4️⃣Каждый стейк поливаем соусом терияки (у меня готовый из вкусвилла, но ниже напишу рецепт соуса)
В духовку на 25 минут 180 градусов Я подаю всегда с салатом (шпинат, помидоры и страчателла)
Соус терияки: 1️⃣ Мёд (растапливаем на водяной бане) примерно столовая ложка 2️⃣ Соевый соус (примерно 100 мл.) 3️⃣ Лимонный сок
Можно использовать при готовке, добавлять в противень или сковородку, а также поливать блюдо при подаче
