Адразу па прыбыцці ва ўстанову адміністрацыя змясціла яго ў ШІЗА на 45 сутак, а потым перавяла ў ПКТ. 29 ліпеня ў Наваполацку адбыўся чарговы суд па замене Яўгену рэжыма ўтрымання. Суддзя Віталь Лапко пастанавіў перавесці палітвязня ў турму да канца тэрміну. Яўгена ўжо этапавалі ў Магілёў.
