⚡️Краснокаменский городской суд заключил под стражу обвиняемого в хулиганстве и нападениина несовершеннолетнюю
Сегодня Краснокаменский городской суд рассмотрел ходатайство органов следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении 26-летнего жителя города Краснокаменска. Он обвиняется по п. «а» ч. 1 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство, совершенное с применением насилия).
По версии следствия, 25 января 2025 года обвиняемый в состоянии алкогольного опьянения грубо нарушил общественный порядок, проявив явное неуважение к обществу, применил насилие к проходящей мимо 14-летней девочке, нанеся ей удар по лицу.
Участвующий в судебном заседании прокурор, исходя из установленных обстоятельств совершенного преступления, а также личности обвиняемого, дал заключение о законности и обоснованности доводов следователя.
С учетом мнения прокурора суд удовлетворил ходатайство и избрал в отношении мужчины меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
Ход и результаты расследования уголовного дела находятся на контроле прокуратуры.
