Правильно, в 2022 году в Береговом ничего не продали. От такого уровня продаж даже отчет немного в шоке и не может спрогнозировать, когда закончится проект. В нормальной фин. модели минимум надо Береговому было продавать 15 лотов в месяц. А сейчас с февраля 2021 года продано 10.
