Сейчас рядом идет озеленение кластера "Ломоносов". Очень крутая архитектура. Удивительно, какой шаг сделала территория после такого уродства как "Доминион" и библиотеки МГУ.

Доминион - это знатный архитектурный высер "старого" интеко.

В тачках довольно все логично - премиальные машины используются пару лет, а дальше они сильно дисконтируются и падают все ниже и ниже, достигая любителей некропремиума, которые готовы тратить время и деньги на содержание "дорогой" старушки.

В недвижке такого скатывания нет, если глянуть ЦИАН, то в Доминионе все канонично: ремонт стиля "дорого-богато" и оверпрайснутый прайс. Хотя сам проект уже "уставший" и на фоне нового бизнес-класса, мягко говоря, выглядит E38 на фоне G70.

Поэтому что страшнее - уставший двор и фасады Доминиона или ремонты его жителей - решать вам.

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
