Для Рижского грузового двора был ещё проект от UNK. У бюро довольно оригинальная архитектура и очень жаль, что такой "динамичный" проект отправлен в стол. Вероятнее всего, вариант от Nikken Sekkei более гибкий для реализации и функциональному зонированию самой территории.
