На этот раз у нас ЗУ "Тверская, 10". Тверская главная улица города? Или все-таки Кутузовский в топе?

Неважно, тут физически к центру значительно ближе. Но, проект получился довольно скромным - 116 апартов и 53 гостиничных номера. Где-то на Тверской мы такое видели.

Должны восстановить фасад гостиницы "Люкс" ака "Центральная". Надстроив небольшой набалдашник. К слову, гостиницу "ремонтируют" с 2009 года и тогда там планировалось целое яйцо.

Продажи пока не открыты, документы на нашдомрф выгружены, подрядчик в виде Ант Япы выбран.

+1 к навесу роскоши в городе.
