Этот ЗУ вплотную примыкает к другому проекту мастер-девелопера MR - "Вишневая, 7" или завод имени Чернышева. Скорее всего девелопер "соберет" на этих двух ЗУ один проект и продаст его каким-нибудь Брусникам или ЛСРам.

На Чернышева можно было всадить 900 тыс. кв. м. На Тушинской - ещё 100 тыс. кв. м. Так что рынок ждет очередной проект миллионник. А кто-то постоянно пиздит, что в городе земли нет.
