Произошел развод ПИКа и Инграда в рамках проекта в Румянцево. ПИК выполнял функцию фи-девелопера для Инграда, они получили все бумажки, начали прелонч на сайте. Сейчас анонс просто молча удалили.
Инград раз в полгода шатает, поэтому ПИКовские ребята выскочили из работы по этому проекту. Как мы знаем, там кроме смены менеджерского состава у владельцев появляется мерцающие желание продать компанию. На плохо летящем рынке "крупнейших сделок M&A" может ещё пара тройка штук произойти. Все упирается в вопрос цены.

The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
