Пытаются толкнуть небольшой ЗУ "Гродненская, 3" на западе столицы. Сейчас там стоит двухэтажный сарайчик, а по ГПЗУ там можно построить архитектурного уродца - червяка в стиле капиталистического романтизма.

Посмотрим, кто захочет себе забрать такую радость, и скорее всего будут заходить и пересогласовывать этот архитектурный высер. А то на дворе 2023 год, и такое строить - ну очень странно.

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
