А вот на "Русанова, 2-6" можно будет построить 80 тыс. кв. м коммерческого жилья. Ещё 8 тыс. кв. м - по реновации.

Локация "что-то между ВДНХ и Ботаническим садом" очень нравится девелоперам и горожанам. И парк есть, и инфраструктура, и школа приличная, да и до ТТК не далеко. Все слагающие успеха охуевших цен и отличных продаж присутствуют.
