Не уходим с Пресни. Какую-то бумажную концепцию на ЗУ "Пресненский Вал, 38 стр 5" нашел СиТ. Там находится заброшенный детский сад РЖД. В 2004 разрешали построить там дом, но не срослось не получилось, поэтому в 2017 году опять участок продавался под соусом…

На ЗУ "Пресненский вал, 38 стр 5" продолжаются движения по согласованию документов. Собственник несколько раз пытался поменять ПЗЗ, но отказывали. Сейчас пытаются через КРТ пропихнуть. Ну очень хочется какой-то жилой домик - башенку в таком сладком, развивающемся месте построить. Строить ДОУ, как по ГПЗУ 2023 года - не хочется. Посмотрим, чем закончится очередная бумажная волокита по площадке в историческом центре и в чьем-то дворе.
