Если у вас нет 2,9 ярда на Внуково, то за 2 ярда можно взять 3,5 га на Рябиновой улице. А точнее - ЗУ "Рябиновая, 28А стр 2". Был бы сейчас рынок на волне 2021 или 2023 гг., то эту площадку взяли бы под девелопмент, запихнули в КРТ, получили бы ТЭПы и побежали бы дальше.

Сама Рябиновая улица должна была полностью преобразиться уже давно. Там каждый лэндлорд хотел бы реализовать проект. Например, Левел забирал проект "Рябиновая, 44/1" для льготы, а ПИК должен был застроить ЗУ "Рябиновая, 22" Другие девелоперы смотрели: "Рябиновая, 46", "Рябиновая, 40", "Рябиновая, 38", "Рябиновая, 28-32", "Рябиновая, 37", "Рябиновая, 53". Одним словом, надо всю промку "Южное Очаково" запихивать в КРТ и делать новый город сад, не вот точечно по проектам бегать.
