ООО "К-инвест", под этой ОООшкой скрывается Крост готовит изменение по ТЭПам в КРТ "Огородный проезд". Там вообще в промзоне несколько КРТешек, но у Кроста только одна из них. Её ранее купили за 295 мультов.

Теперь пытаются увеличить на 20 тыс. кв. м. МФК на северо-восточном участке данного КРТ. Обоснование, конечно же, в стиле - увеличение на 20 тыс. кв. м даст дополнительно 570 рабочих мест.
