Вслед за «Аквилон Парком» в Новой Москве, компания выкупила кусок многострадального «Мир Митино». Выведет в ближайшее время 3 башни с «питерской» квартирографией – преимущественно одни студии. Всем малоквартирка нравится, ну а что.

В самом «Мире Митино» так и не проданы объемы Капитала. Поскольку Капитал делает все, чтобы слова «Мир Митино» и Капитал в одном предложении не пересекались продавать их, возможно, будет партнер Капитала по всем «комфортным» проектам в Москве – ПИК.
