Рынок восстановился по выходу новых объемов. Сейчас есть из чего выбрать, да и в ближайшем будущем выйдет ещё. Хранить деньги на вкладе сомнительное решение - взять квартиру на старте - хорошая идея. Но действовать надо оперативно, потому что в любой непонятной ситуации застройщик поднимает цены и делает это очень быстро.
