В пресс-релизе на сайте Госдумы указано, что депутаты приняли поправки, которые «ограничивают распространение деструктивного контента, пропагандирующего осознанный отказ от рождения детей». Для этого депутатам пришлось внести изменения одновременно в шесть действующих законов.
Новые правила запрещают «пропагандировать отказ от деторождения». Соответствующие материалы в сети будут вноситься в реестр запрещенных сайтов, а нарушителям запрета будет грозить штраф до пять миллионов рублей.
Помимо этого, сегодня Госдума приняла во втором и третьем чтении законопроект, запрещающий усыновлять российских детей гражданам стран, где разрешена «смена пола». В пояснительной записке авторы законопроекта написали, что он должен «исключить любые возможности усыновления российских детей представителями ЛГБТ-сообществ».
