✅Рис- 0,5 стак. ✅Вода- 5 стак. ✅Кунжут- 4 ст. л. ✅Морковь- 1 крупн. шт. ✅Соль- по вкусу ✅Чеснок- 2 зуб. ✅Петрушка- 30 гр
✏️Обжариваем на растительном масле прямо в кастрюле.
✏️Добавляем промытый рис 1/2 стакана. Вливаем 5 стаканов воды. Солим по вкусу и варим 20 минут.
✏️В это время обжариваем 4 ст. л. кунжута на сухой сковороде до золотистого цвета. Перемалываем в блендере с небольшим количеством воды. Добавляем кунжутную массу в суп.
✏️В конце варки добавляем чеснок 2 зубчика, измельченную петрушку и сок 1/2 лимона. Прогреваем всё вместе ещё минуту. Готово!
