А ещё мозг не любит утруждаться бессмысленно. Если анекдот - это не твой ключевой и единственный способ взаимодействия с людьми, то, видимо, и чего тратить ресурсы на мнестические процессы. Мозг твой не считает, что вам с ним это полезно 😁. Нейрофизиологи, дополните, пожалуйста. Наверное, там есть особенности.
По классике - это добавить допы в запоминание: записывать, опосредовать образами и ассоциациями.
