Требование не будет применяться к тем, кто хочет остаться в нашей стране на законных основаниях. Это следует из указа Владимира Путина, подписанного в развитие закона о высылке нелегальных мигрантов. Согласно утверждённому в августе документу, миграционный режим высылки вводится в России с 5 февраля 2025 года. Он будет применяться в отношении иностранцев, не имеющих законных оснований для пребывания в РФ. Все граждане указанной категории подлежат включению в реестр контролируемых лиц до их выдворения либо до урегулирования правового положения.
Требование не будет применяться к иностранцам, которые хотят остаться на законных основаниях и соответствуют нескольким критериям: сдали биометрию, прошли тестирование на наркотики и инфекции, предоставили документы о владении русским языком, знании истории и законов РФ, погасили задолженности.
