Сейчас делается многое для того, чтобы сберечь арктическую природу — проводится мониторинг вечной мерзлоты, выполняется проект «Генеральная уборка», внедряется экономика замкнутого цикла.
Уже второй год действует масштабный волонтёрский проект «Чистая Арктика». Активисты занимаются обнаружением мусора и его уборкой.
Бизнес также всё больше демонстрирует свою готовность помогать — крупные компании из региона участвуют в волонтёрских проектах, закупают необходимую технику, выделяют средства на обеспечение волонтёров всем необходимым.
В Арктике нет места безразличию. Человек оставляет след в буквальном смысле слова. Мы должны понимать, что защищать природу, кроме нас, некому!
