Вся территория бывшего завода принадлежала компании, связанной с Алексеем Хотиным, ранее владевшим обанкротившимся банком «Югра». Банкир был приговорен к девяти годам лишения свободы по обвинению в растрате 23,6 миллиарда рублей.

А на днях Мещанский районный суд принял решение о национализации свыше 20 бизнес-центров и торговых комплексов связанных с Хотиным.

Помимо огромной территории бывшего завода "Красный богатырь", расположенного в районе Богородское, перешли в доход государства торговые центры "Горбушкин двор", "Филион".

Ранее на территории "Красного богатыря" планировалось строительство нового жилого комплекса с сохранением части исторических строений.

Но что ждет "Богатыря" теперь?
