▫️ По данным TurkStat, в общей сложности иностранцы в ноябре этого года приобрели в Турции 2151 объект (квартиры и дома). Это на 8,2% меньше, чем в октябре прошлого года.
▫️При этом доля продаж иностранцам в ноябре в общем объеме сделок с жильем в стране составила 1,4%.
▫️Лидерами по продажам стали города Стамбул (780 объектов), Анталья (752) и Мерсин (191).
