Я задал директору "Водоканала" вопрос: почему в новых районах города мы буквально ежедневно видим фекальные фонтаны и озера.
Ответ послушайте сами, но я понял так, что, например, при проектировании и строительстве Юбилейного, коммунисты сделали одну большую канализационную трубу на весь микрорайон. А вот при нынешнем строительстве так не делают, теперь почти каждый застройщик свою трубу небольшую тянет и строит насосную станцию под себя.
В результате маленькие трубы быстро забиваются и мы видим фекальный фонтан.
Почему сейчас чиновники разрешают так строить? Куда делось понимание, что в микрорайоне нужна одна большая труба, а не куча маленьких? И самое главное - что теперь делать со всем этим? Ответы на эти вопросы чиновники и директор Водоканала не озвучили.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
