День Защитника Отечества — особенный для всех нас праздник. Сегодня на торжественном мероприятии с искренней признательностью поблагодарила всех присутствующих в зале военнослужащих и жителей ЕАО, вручила заслуженные награды.

Защитники — это не только те, кто сейчас на передовой борется с врагом, но и все мы, работающие в тылу. Волонтеры, собирающие гуманитарные грузы; врачи, которые спасают бойцов; учителя, которые воспитывают наших детей и внуков; молодежь, которая даёт уверенность, что у великой России — достойное будущее. И все мы, выполняя свой долг, помогаем приближать Победу.

Гордитесь нашей страной. Гордитесь нашими защитниками. Гордитесь, что нам выпала честь быть сопричастными к общему долгу перед Отечеством.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
